Battery Performance
⚠️ Battery Safety — Read Before Use
Lithium batteries are volatile. Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire, personal injury, or property damage.
Handling & Care
- Always handle your device and batteries with care — never drop them.
- Do not tamper with, misuse, or use damaged/defective batteries or devices.
- Only use official Solo III v2.0 Batteries & Chargers. Do not use third-party, counterfeit, or unknown brand alternatives.
Storage
- Store in a cool, dry, temperature-controlled environment. Avoid extreme heat or cold.
- Do not store with a fully charged or fully drained battery for extended periods (1 month+). Store at ~50% charge for long-term storage.
- Never dispose of the Solo III v2.0 or its batteries in regular waste or battery collection boxes — follow local regulations.
If Your Device Is Dropped or Damaged
Place the device in a safe, dry location for at least one hour to rule out a short circuit. Check if it has become hot — if so, allow it to cool completely before handling, then dispose of according to local laws.
Battery Performance
Arizer batteries meet rigorous quality standards and will last hundreds of charge cycles under normal use. Dropping the unit can cause internal battery damage and reduce capacity, so handle with care.
Battery Life & Charging
- Typical battery life: ~3 hours per charge, depending on temperature settings and usage.
- Full charge time: ~3 hours (longer if used while charging).
- Low battery? A 5–10 minute partial charge is enough to resume use while charging continues.
- Note: The Solo III v2.0 will not power on if the battery is completely drained.
Extending Battery Life
Charge as needed — the device and charger have built-in overcharge and over-drain protection. For best results, use in a temperature-controlled environment, favour lower heat settings, and avoid use in extreme cold.
Battery Replacement
The Solo III v2.0 battery is not user-replaceable. It is covered under a 1-year limited warranty. To enquire about a replacement, contact: service@arizer.com
The Solo III v2.0 Battery must not be substituted with third-party batteries. Arizer cannot verify the safety or quality of non-official batteries — use of third-party batteries voids the warranty and may result in personal injury, electric shock, or device damage.

Aroma Tubes
Loading Your Glass Aroma Tube
Method 1 — Scoop Loading (Recommended)
Place coarsely ground botanicals in a small container, then gently push and slightly twist the glass stem into the container to fill the dish. Do not press too hard or pack too tightly. This method takes full advantage of the stem's design for easy maintenance and optimal performance.
Method 2 — Finger Loading
Load the chamber directly with pre-ground botanicals or small buds using your fingers.
Packing Tips
- For optimal convection heating and pure vapour, lightly tamp down the botanicals
- Leave a slight gap of 1–2mm after tamping
- Avoid overpacking — a loose, even fill performs best
